Returns Policy:

We offer FREE RETURNS on all UK orders, just use the pre-paid returns sticker that is on the packing slip in your order. We will accept most returns requested within 14 days of the dispatch date for refund back onto the card you paid with.

If you need to return an item, please include your packing slip with your returned item(s) and state the reason for your return.

We only accept returns for refund onto the card you paid with, provided the item(s) is unworn, in the original packaging and with all tags intact.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or faulty item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package back to us, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How to return an item:

• Include your packing slip with your item(s) stating clearly the reasons for return and any other instructions or details.
• Send the item(s) back to us within 2 weeks of receiving them.
• A refund will be issued to your account usually within 14 days of your item being received, providing it is in the correct condition.
• Obtain proof of postage for your items as we have no liability for items that get lost in the post.

• A returns request is put through more than 14 days after dispatch. After this date items may not be returned.

Shipping:

We ship only to addresses in the UK and the Republic of Ireland,US, Canada, Spain, Italy and Germany

We post with the UK Mail service so you should receive your items the next day after your order has been dispatched. Orders placed today usually get dispatched tomorrow, weekends and holidays excluded. However, at busy times, UK Mail advise that it can take longer for a package to get delivered.

Please note that if you are ordering from the US or Canada your order will sometimes be subject to import duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay such charges and YumiDirect cannot accept responsibility for these.

Delivery costs are:

• Free on all UK orders over £40
• £2.95 for UK orders under £40
• £9.95 for delivery to Euro destinations
• £14.95 for delivery to US/Canada
