Delivery & Returns



    Our returns policy:

    • We will accept all returns within 14 days after the delivery date.

    • Refunds are only granted on items returned in their original condition, unworn and with labels attached. On styles with belts, the belt must be included in the return for the refund to be accepted so please remember to pop it in your returns package! 

    • Refunds will always be refunded back to your original payment method. We can only provide a free return slip for the first package returned. 

    • We will pay the return shipping costs if you receive an incorrect or faulty item.

    • We will only pay the return shipping costs for one postage.

    • Please allow up to 10 working days for UK refunds to be processed and up to 15 working days on International refunds. 





    • Include your packing slip with your item(s) stating clearly the reasons for return and any other instructions or details.
    • Place the pre-paid returns sticker located on the packing slip on the return package and send to the below address. Please note refunds are only granted 14 days after you have recieved your order.
    • Please allow up to 10 working days for UK refunds to be processed and up to 15 working days on International refunds.
    • Obtain proof of postage for your items as Yumi Direct are not liable for items that get lost in the post.

     Delivery Costs and Times:

    • Free delivery on all UK orders over £50
    • UK Premium (Next Working Day Delivery) - £4.95
    • UK Standard Delivery (2 working days) - £2.95
    • European Delivery (5 - 7 working days) - £9.95
    • US/Canada Delivery (7 - 10 working days) -  £14.95

    Please note Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. During busy periods, such as Easter, Christmas and Bank Holidays, orders can take longer to be delivered. When ordering from the US or Canada, your order may be subject to import duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay such charges and Yumi Direct cannot accept responsibility for these.
