If you purchase an item from the website as a Christmas Gift, the returns policy is extended until 9th January 2012. We will accept any returned Christmas gifts up until this date.
Returns Policy
We offer FREE RETURNS on all UK orders, just use the pre-paid returns sticker that is on the packing slip in your order. We will accept most returns requested within 14 days of the dispatch date for exchange or refund back onto the card you paid with.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account on the homepage and activate your RMA returns number. Please include your packing slip with your returned item(s) and state the reason for your return.
We only accept returns for exchange, store credit and/or refund onto the card you paid with, provided the item(s) is unworn, in the original packaging and with all tags intact.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of getting your package back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How to return an item.
1. Activate your RMA returns number by logging into your account on the Yumi homepage.
2. Send the item(s) back to us within 2 weeks of receiving the item(s).
3. Include your packing slip with your item(s) stating clearly the reasons for return and any other instructions or details.
4. A refund or exchange will be issued to your account usually within 14 days of your item being received and providing it is in the correct condition.
5. Obtain proof of postage for your items as we have no liability for items that get lost in the post.
YOUR RETURN REQUEST MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
· A returns request is put through more than 14 days after dispatch. After this date items may not be returned.
