Baftas Awards Top Red Carpet looks!

Yesterday saw the Hollywood Glitterati descend on London for the prestigious Bafta Awards.

This year saw the return of the more demure dress with black being the key colour, as seen on Christina Hendricks and Meryl Streep:

A trend that shows  no sign of slowing down and our favourite dresses of the night, were the metallic gowns, that added an old Hollywood glamour style to the red carpet. Simply Fabulous!

Twilight’s Breaking Dawn Premiere at London’s Westfields Stratford!

Hello all Twi-hards, only one more day till the cinema release of Breaking Dawn! To celebrate we have pulled together Get the Looks for Bella, Alice and Rosalie. All items featured in our Twilight special blogs can be purchased at Yumi.  The London premiere was last night and Taylor, Robert and Kristen rocked the red carpet.  Our favourite X Factor contestants were there are well, Little Mix and they looked very at home on the red carpet.  So the biggest question of the day is are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?

Yumi stars in new film ‘Wild Target’!

The Clothes Show London is NOT the only event planned for this weekend either! We thought it only right to go check out the new film ‘Wild Target’ starring Emily Blunt and the rather dishy Rupert Everett which came out on Friday. Not only is the storyline entertaining but ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ actress Emily Blunt wears Yumi! How cool! Our Yumi Black Hela Dress totally works on Emily, this scene looks like something out of SATC too.

So what is the film about in one sentence… A hitman tries to retire but a beautiful thief attempts to change this. Of course, the beautiful thief is Emily Blunt who plays the character of ‘Rose’. We are kicking our heels in excitement, the reviews so far have been positive and we’re told to expect lots of laughter from this British black comedy! 

There’s only one thing left to say….Get the popcorn ready!
