As part of the show, Yumi hit the catwalk with our bright and brilliant Spring/Summer 2012 range, there were stripes, block colours and flattering monochrome shades.

Yesterday saw the Hollywood Glitterati descend on London for the prestigious Bafta Awards.
This year saw the return of the more demure dress with black being the key colour, as seen on Christina Hendricks and Meryl Streep:
A trend that shows  no sign of slowing down and our favourite dresses of the night, were the metallic gowns, that added an old Hollywood glamour style to the red carpet. Simply Fabulous!

Yesterday we held our Press Day, showcasing all of our wonderful Spring/Summer 2012 collections, for both our Yumi and Uttam Boutique ranges.
Taking place in our central London showroom, it was a mix of pastels, cute prints, cupcakes and cocktails. Success all round!

The decadent, fun of the 1920′s are brought back for Spring/Summer 2012, with dropped waists, tassels, sequins and feathers being shown at Gucci, Etro and Ralph Lauren. Which dress would you wear to sip a cocktail in?

This season sees a revival of everything 1960′s, whether it be in television productions like ‘We’ll take Manhattan’ to 60′s inspired clothing.  This trend is going to be massive this Spring/Summer, think shift dress, high wedged heels and beehive hair. Here at Yumi we have it all covered for you to look fabulously 60′s with a modern updated twist and better still it’s all new in, so you can get these items now and be ahead of this Spring trend.
